Introduction:

This series of double housing filter is made of two sing housing filters, one direction changing valve (two position six way out), which is of simple structure , easy operation. And it is equipped with by-pass valve and filter element clogging indicator which can effectively ensure the safety of the system.

 

Single housing filter in the work process, when filter element clogs to a certain degree to clean or replace filter, the host must stop work, this is not only a waste of time, but can't meet the needs of the host work continuously, duplex filter can effectively solve the defect.

 

The feature of this filter is it allows continuous operation even during replacing element, which is clogged by contaminant. Just turn the directional valve and the other filter work.

This filter is widely used in heavy machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery and other hydraulic systems.

 

Flow rate from 110, 240, 500 and 1300l/min, the housings are made of high quality Aluminum by integral casting, which is light and no leaking; while flow rate 2500l/min, the housings are made of carbon steel, which is tested by sealing test. The piping diameter can design by customer request.

 

The filter element is made of high quality stainless steel mesh or glass fiber.
